Exchanges for defects or printing errors

We accept returns and exchanges at no additional cost only in the following cases:

  1. Manufacturing defects: Defective seams, tears, defective fabric, or stains prior to use.
  2. Printing errors: Wrong print, incorrect design, or significant differences from the purchased product.
  3. Shipping errors: Size or color shipped differently from what was requested in your order.

How to proceed?

  • Attach clear photos of the product showing the issue and mention your order number.
  • We will resolve your case by sending a replacement item free of charge or issuing a refund as appropriate.

Exchanges for size or color (International orders)

Since all items are printed exclusively for you, we cannot accept exchanges for incorrect size/color or returns for change of mind once the order has entered production.

Recommendation:

  • We kindly request you to carefully check the International Size Guide before confirming your purchase.
  • If you are between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
