How do I place an order?

Choose your t-shirt, select a color and size, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. It's super easy and fast.

What payment methods do you accept?

For international orders we accept PayPal (which allows secure payment via your PayPal balance or major credit and debit cards).

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the nearest Printful production center to your address. Once you enter your shipping details at checkout, the shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated in real time.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number and a link to trace your package.

Products and Sizing

What material do you use?

For international orders, our t-shirts are premium quality (Gildan 5000 for adults and Gildan 5000B for kids), made of 100% cotton. The prints are made with high-quality Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology, which is highly wash-resistant.

How do I know which size to choose?

Please consult our International Size Guide which includes detailed measurements for each size before confirming your purchase.

Do colors look exactly like in the photos?

We do our best to ensure accurate product images, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Will the print fade or peel in the wash?

No, the Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing technique integrates into the fabric fibers, offering great durability. For the best longevity, we recommend washing the garment inside out with cold water.

Are the t-shirts unisex?

Yes, all our designs are unisex. The cuts and sizes are designed to fit everyone comfortably.

Exchanges and Returns

Can I exchange a t-shirt for a different size or color?

Since each item is printed custom on-demand (Print-on-Demand) exclusively for you, we cannot accept size or color exchanges, nor returns for change of mind. We highly recommend checking the International Size Guide before confirming your order.

Do you offer returns or replacements for defective items?

Yes. If the product has a manufacturing defect (seams, holes, stains) or a printing error, we will send a replacement free of charge or process a refund. Please contact us at ventas@kinoto.com.ar with photos of the issue and your order number.
