Returns and Exchanges Policy

Right of Withdrawal (Law 24.240)

For online purchases, you have 10 consecutive days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason, according to the Consumer Protection Law.

Conditions for withdrawal:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with tags
  • It must keep its original packaging
  • It must not have odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

Size Exchanges

Can I exchange a t-shirt for a different size?

Yes, you have 30 consecutive days from receipt to exchange an incorrect size.

Conditions:

  • The t-shirt must be unused and with tags
  • Only one exchange per product is allowed
  • The new size must be available in stock
  • We cover the shipping costs for the exchange

Returns

Cases where we accept returns:

  1. Manufacturing defects (defective stitching, stains, tears)
  2. Shipping errors (incorrect product, wrong color)
  3. Right of withdrawal (online purchases - 10 days)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after using the product
  • Damage from misuse or improper washing
  • Personalized products (unless there is a manufacturing defect)

Exchange or Return Process

How do I start the process?

  1. Contact us within the corresponding timeframe:
  2. Required information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for exchange/return
    • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  3. We will send you:
    • Shipping instructions
    • Prepaid label (for size exchanges or returns due to our responsibility)

Processing times:

  • Exchanges: 5-7 business days once the product is received
  • Returns: 10-15 business days for money refund

Refunds

Refund methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: Reversal in 1-2 billing cycles
  • Bank Transfer: 3-5 business days
  • MercadoPago: 24-48 business hours

Shipping costs:

  • Manufacturing defect or our error: We refund the shipping cost
  • Withdrawal: Original shipping cost is not refunded

Personalized Products

Products with custom designs cannot be exchanged or returned, except for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Error in the requested personalization
  • Significant differences from the approved design
