Products and Pricing

Product Description

All our products are 100% combed cotton t-shirts with DTF (Direct to Film) prints. Images are illustrative and may present minimal color variations depending on the device used.

Pricing

• Prices are expressed in Argentine pesos and include VAT.
• Prices may be modified without prior notice.
• The valid price is the one in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Stock

• T-shirts are made to order.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order.

Purchase Process

Orders

1. Select the desired product, color, and size.
2. Add to cart and fill in your details.
3. Choose the payment and shipping method.
4. Confirm your order.

Confirmation

• You will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
• The order is considered confirmed once payment is credited.

We accept all payment methods available through MercadoPago:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Debit cards
• Bank transfer
• Cash (Rapipago, Pago Fácil)

Security

All payments are securely processed through MercadoPago. We do not store credit card information.

Shipping and Deliveries

Shipping Zones

We ship to:

• Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA)
• Greater Buenos Aires (GBA)
• Pilar, La Plata, Córdoba Capital, Neuquén Capital, and Cipolletti

Delivery Times

• CABA and GBA: 4 to 6 business days
• Interior: 5 to 10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination and are informed before confirming the purchase.

Pick Up at Point of Sale

You can also pick up your order at no additional cost by coordinating in advance.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchange Policy

• You have 30 calendar days from receipt to request size exchanges.
• The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
• Exchanges are only for size, not for design or color.
• The shipping cost for the exchange is borne by the customer. ***

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects
• Error in sending the product
• Product damaged during transport

Process

For exchanges or returns:

1. Contact us within the established timeframe.
2. Send photos of the product and your order number.
3. We will give you instructions on how to proceed.

Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you have rights guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law (Law 24.240):

Legal Warranty

All our products have a 3-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects.

All designs are the property of KINOTO. Their reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

The content of the website (texts, images, logos) is protected by copyright. Its unauthorized use is prohibited.
